• Never underestimate your opponent. I feel, Modi-Shah underestimated Mamata Banerjee’s hold in the state.
• Sympathy cards do work — Weird, but true. Didi’s leg fracture stunts{she is back on her feet right after results :)}, did help to some extent.
• Your rivals defeat gives you pleasure, even if you did not win: Congress celebrating the results is like Pakistan Cricket fans celebrating India’s defeat against Australia in a Cricket World Cup tournament.
